We are dedicated to delivering leading-edge networking and educational offerings for every stage of your career, evolving with you to provide lifelong professional development opportunities.
IREM® Northern Ohio Chapter No. 41's Mission is to foster meaningful experiences through education, partnerships and networking in the real estate industry.
IREM® is the first choice of real estate owners, investors and managers. Our purpose is to advance the profession of real estate management while helping real estate managers prosper and add value to their companies and the properties they manage. We believe that management matters; that good management translates into value; and that well-managed properties improve the quality of life for our residents and tenants. We believe in professional ethics. We believe in the power of knowledge and the importance of sharing that knowledge.
Our networking opportunities include bi-monthly luncheon meetings with guest speakers, candidate breakfasts, ARM casual corner gatherings, golf outing and anual installation banquet along with educational course offerings. Our Chapter is represented by approximately 145 members in office, retail, industrial, residential and corporte facilities. In addition, we are supported by a growing number of industry partners that provide goods and services to the properties that we manage.
